As the economy softens, perhaps there has never been a better time to embrace Social Media We have been fooling around with our UrbaneBlog.com for several months, but only recently have we hit on some ideas that are starting to work. The real difference was involving residents as Guest Bloggers. 

When you engage your customer and in our case our residents you create community, which is the true payoff of doing all of this. Your customer/resident is the true teller of what/who your brand really is
