Amber,
First it was a pleasure seeing your panel at Blogworld. Second, especially after attending that, my first, Blogworld, just wanted to say thanks for this post. I know I was in the minority there, but I couldn't agree with you more. I write a blog about personal customer experiences. And, leveraging my background in customer service operations and technology, I try to offer insight on how organizations and customers alike can do these relationships better.

Those in the 'blog biz' will shake their heads at this. But I have no idea as I write this how many people have ever clicked through to my blog. And honestly, I don't care. I write because it allows me to organize my thoughts and assemble experiences in one place. If others find this information interesting, great. I did learn some things at Bllogworld that I will probably try to do a little better. As for promoting this thing, let's face it, I suck. But only to maybe help a few more people. And if in the future, i'm still reaching a small number of people that find this stuff valuable, no matter. I'l still be right here doing the same thing.

Thanks again
