The problem with every single one of us learning about this new environment is that we try so hard to come up with formulas and statistics to understand it we continue to miss the big picture: social media is all about listening. 		<description>Glad someone is saying this.  So many equate failure with crisis.  Identifying what is failure in your social media efforts and how to correct them before running into crisis mode. Big brand failures have been brought to the forefront to show what not to do but these are on such a large scale that a small business should not compare themselves to this. 

This article is great for all businesses that are not the big brands as they can identify with it and learn from it.</description>
